Displaying the WWI Monitor

 

  1. In the Basic Data and Tools menu , choose Start of the navigation path Tools Next navigation step WWI Monitor. End of the navigation path

    The WWI Monitor: Overview screen appears and lists the generation servers for each client and dispatcher.

    Use the functions in the Edit menu to display, hide, delete, and sort the generation jobs.

  2. Select a generation job for each document, and choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Log End of the navigation path or Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Job Overview End of the navigation path to obtain more information.

  3. Check whether the WWI active indicator is set:

    • = Generation server active

    • = Generation server inactive

      If the indicator for the dispatcher or corresponding work process for a generation server is inactive, position the cursor on the dispatcher or generation server, and choose Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step Activate Server End of the navigation path .

      This function starts triggering simultaneously. Jobs with status Released can thus be generated from the generation server.

      To display technical information about the server, choose Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step Test Server End of the navigation path .
